Peer Group Board
Getting peer support is one of the wisest things you can do to help you achieve your goals.
It can feel isolating and lonely as a decision maker in a business and whilst you can make progress alone, it is so much easier when you have support.
The Peer Group Board has been created to help keep your energy and inspiration high, by being part of a mastermind peer group dedicated to personal as well as business growth and achievement. The Peer Group Board is designed to help you with any issues you may have and to enable you to move your business forward in a friendly environment, by being around and bouncing ideas off people who care about making a difference.
"Hi Neil. Just to reiterate what I said at the end of the meeting – it was great, energising, open and honest – everything I hoped for and more. You’ve done a great job pulling the right people together and chairing the meeting – many thanks." Nigel Greenwood from Simply Customer, https://www.simplycustomer.co.uk/.
Would you like to be able to discuss your issues with like-minded business owners / decision makers in a confidential environment? Would it help your business to have a different perspective on your issues? Would you like to draw on the experiences of others in your position?
The Peer Group Board is for owners or senior decision makers in a business. It is limited to 14 members and only one business type is allowed, for example, one web design company, one printing company, one HR consultant etc. Run under Chatham House rules, members decide if a new candidate is allowed to join. It is designed to provide help and advice for those who feel they would benefit from discussing issues affecting their business with like-minded peers.
The Board meets once a month and is chaired by Neil Jaggar, Managing Director of Jackroyd Developments. Neil also runs one-to-one sessions with individual members of the board, who may require direct and specific advice on highly confidential matters. These mentoring / coaching sessions take place in-between group meetings and last for two hours in duration.
Neil firmly believes that;
‘the greatest asset of a successful people manager is the ability to achieve greater results with the team than can be achieved by the individuals working alone’.
If you are interested in joining the Board, or would like to try it out before joining, please contact Neil on 07973 281881.
